Have you expressed your original opinion and expressed it in your own words without reproducing or summarizing pre-existing published works? Have you been creative in presenting your analysis/extraction of leadership lessons from the life of the chosen legend? (15 points)
Have you shown proof of adequate background readings and applied these readings to construct the essay? Have you cited the relevant sources in the text to help judge the validity of the sources? (10 points)
